Terms of Service

1. Provider

The service is provided by Clickmagic Sp. z o.o., ul. św. Filipa 23, 31-150 Kraków, Poland, NIP 6762565212, REGON 383162042. Contact: kontakt@clickmagic.pl.

2. Eligibility and account access

You must be authorized to use the Google account and Google Ads customers you connect. You may not use the service to access another party's data without permission or to interfere with the service, its security or other users.

3. Beta service

The initial public version is provided as a free beta. Features, availability, limits and report formats may change. We may restrict usage or suspend access to protect users, infrastructure or Google API quotas.

4. Read-only operation

The service is designed to read Google Ads configuration and reporting data. It does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets or account settings. You remain responsible for any changes you independently make in Google Ads.

5. Audit reports

Reports are informational analyses based on available Google Ads API data and any business context you provide. They are not a guarantee of performance, revenue or compliance, and they do not replace professional, legal or financial advice. Review recommendations against business goals and applicable advertising policies before acting.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other users' reports, overload the service, reverse engineer security controls, upload unlawful content, or use the service in violation of Google policies or applicable law.

7. Data and privacy

Our processing of personal data and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google access or request deletion as described on the Data deletion page.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to operate the service reliably, but beta availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Clickmagic is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made solely from an automated report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, discontinue the beta or terminate access for misuse. The current terms and effective date will remain available on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules continue to apply where required.
